Operations and accounting, with no manual work in between
Ledyvas Ultimate is a desktop ERP (installed on the business PC, works offline most of the time). It records purchases, inventory, products, customers, suppliers, sales, accounts receivable and payable, and expenses. At month-end, instead of moving data by hand, it sends it straight to Zoho Books.
Native Zoho Books connector
Connects to the client's Zoho Books account over the internet and posts journal entries, bills, expenses and payments on its own — no CSV export or import. It can sync automatically every night.
DGII 606 / 607 / 608
Generates the monthly DGII file from purchases, sales and expenses already recorded, with the NCF fields in Purchase and Sale. Ready to upload to the Virtual Office. Submission and e-invoicing are handled by your certified software (PSFE).
VAT / ITBIS per document

What it does not do
- It does not do full accounting or the fiscal close — that's Zoho Books and your accountant. Ledyvas feeds Zoho.
- It does not submit anything to the DGII or issue the electronic invoice (e-CF) — that's the certified e-invoicing software (PSFE).
- It is not cloud-based and does not run across several networked PCs on the same data. Each install is standalone. A business with two locations takes two licenses.
