After more than 40 years of international experience in operations management and business control — hospitality, tourism, catering and distribution — I built Ledyvas with one clear goal: to give every business the control of its operations and its data to make better decisions. Every feature came from a real problem that had to be solved.
Ledyvas is in active development, with frequent updates and direct support. It works alongside your accounting, it doesn't replace it: it runs the operation and hands your accountant clean data, with a native Zoho Books integration and the DGII tax reports for the Dominican Republic. My commitment is that it stays a solid, honest tool, worthy of every client's business.
The origin of Ledyvas
Ledyvas wasn't designed in a product office. It was built from the reality of hospitality, tourism, catering and distribution operations, where every inventory or fuel error costs real money. That's why it solves things a generic ERP doesn't: how much to buy for the day's demand, how to distribute to several destinations, how to audit a fleet's consumption.
That operational grounding is combined with more than four decades of international management-control experience, and with one clear decision: that Ledyvas should coexist with the client's accounting software instead of competing with it. The result is a practical tool, ready to grow with each business and backed by continuous improvement and direct support.
