1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using Ledyvas, you accept these Terms and Conditions and the End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, you must not use the software.

2. Free trial

Ledyvas offers a 7-day free trial with access to every module, with no credit card required. Once the trial ends, a license is required to continue using the full version of the software.

3. Licenses and purchases

Use of Ledyvas beyond the trial period requires a valid license, purchased as detailed in the Pricing section of this site. Specific license terms are detailed in the End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. Permitted use

You agree to use Ledyvas lawfully and in accordance with its purpose: managing your own business. Reselling, redistributing or sublicensing the software without prior written authorization is not permitted.

5. Intellectual property

Ledyvas, its code, design, brand and documentation are the property of its founder and developer. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights over the software.

6. Limitation of liability

Ledyvas is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or business interruption arising from use of the software. We recommend keeping regular backups of your information.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with their update date.
