End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License grant

Subject to the corresponding payment, Ledyvas grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on one workstation per license purchased, for the purpose of managing your own business.

2. Restrictions

• You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the software to third parties.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• You may not remove or modify any intellectual property notices present in the software.

3. Ownership

Ledyvas and all its components remain the exclusive property of its developer. This license grants you a right to use the software, not ownership of it.

4. User data

All information you enter into Ledyvas (customers, products, sales, etc.) belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping backups of your own data.

5. Warranty

Ledyvas is provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those mandatorily established by applicable law.

6. Term and termination

This license remains valid for as long as you comply with the terms described here. Serious breach of these terms may result in termination of the license, without prejudice to any other applicable remedies.

7. Updates

Software updates and improvements are covered by this same license, unless otherwise indicated at the time of their release.
