What it is

All your operational control in a single program

Ledyvas Professional is a desktop ERP: it installs on the business PC and works without internet. It records purchases, inventory, recipes, production, sales and expenses, and shows you the real margin of each destination or activity.

Assisted purchasing A and B

Define how much each destination consumes per person (PAX) and the program calculates the day's purchase: food in Formula A, beverages in Formula B.

Inventory and warehouse

Stock, minimums, transfers, returns, daily stock control and inventory value.

Recipes and production

Cost per recipe and per portion, dish production and control of the inputs consumed.

Excursion / Tourism

What it doesn't do

  • It does not connect by API to QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books or Odoo, that is what Ledyvas Enterprise and Ledyvas Ultimate are for.
  • It is not cloud-based and does not work with several PCs on a network over the same data. Each installation is standalone; a business with two locations needs two licenses.
  • It does not keep full accounting or issue electronic invoices: that is done by your accounting software and your accountant.
