1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using Ledyvas, you accept these Terms and Conditions and the End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, you must not use the software.

2. Free trial

Ledyvas offers a free trial version with access to every module, with no credit card required. A license is required to continue using the full version of the software.

3. Licenses and purchases

Use of Ledyvas beyond the trial period requires a valid license. Each program in the suite (Ledyvas Analytics Métrica, Ledyvas Professional, Ledyvas Enterprise, Ledyvas Ultimate, Ledyvas Budget & Forecast and Ledyvas CFO) is purchased separately, with a monthly fee, an annual fee or a one-time payment, at the price published on each program's page. Specific license terms are detailed in the End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. Permitted use

You agree to use Ledyvas lawfully and in accordance with its purpose: managing your own business. Reselling, redistributing or sublicensing the software without prior written authorization is not permitted.

5. Intellectual property

Ledyvas, its code, design, brand and documentation are the property of its founder and developer. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights over the software.

6. Limitation of liability

Ledyvas is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or business interruption arising from use of the software. We recommend keeping regular backups of your information.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with their update date.

8. Fees, one-time payment and program results

The monthly or annual fee renews automatically until you cancel it with the payment processor. The one-time payment gives a permanent license for one (1) computer. In Ledyvas CFO, with each renewal of the fee you receive a new license key by email, which you must paste into the program. Each license covers one (1) computer.

In Ledyvas CFO and Ledyvas Budget & Forecast, the reports, forecasts, deviations, causes, action plans and financial effects produced by the program are automatic estimates based only on the data you load. They are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and Ledyvas does not guarantee results. The decisions, and their execution, are yours. Ledyvas does not offer meetings or calls: support is by email only.
