AREnd User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License grant
Subject to the corresponding payment, Ledyvas grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on one workstation per license purchased, for the purpose of managing your own business.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the software to third parties.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- You may not remove or modify any intellectual property notices present in the software.
3. Ownership
Ledyvas and all its components remain the exclusive property of its developer. This license grants you a right to use the software, not ownership of it.
4. User data
All information you enter into Ledyvas (customers, products, sales, etc.) belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping backups of your own data.
5. Warranty
Ledyvas is provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those mandatorily established by applicable law.
6. Term and termination
This license remains valid for as long as you comply with the terms described here. Serious breach of these terms may result in termination of the license, without prejudice to any other applicable remedies.
7. Updates
With a one-time payment, software updates and improvements are free for the first year from purchase. With a monthly or annual fee, they are included while the fee is paid.
8. Fees, one-time payment, Ledyvas CFO and Ledyvas Budget & Forecast
Each license is personal, non-transferable and for one (1) computer. With a monthly or annual fee, the license is valid as long as the fee is paid; with a one-time payment, the license is permanent. In Ledyvas CFO and Ledyvas Budget & Forecast, if the fee ends without renewal, the program switches to read-only mode (you can view, export, print and back up); your data is neither lost nor locked.
The six Ledyvas programs include an AI assistant in the license, with no API key of your own and no extra cost: it works through a Ledyvas server with Anthropic's Claude API, needs internet and has a monthly usage limit per license (30 questions in total during the free trial). Its answers are for guidance and may contain errors; in Ledyvas CFO and Ledyvas Budget & Forecast they are suggestions and do not replace the company's judgment or professional advice.
