Trained at the École Hôtelière de Neuchâtel (Switzerland), I have more than 40 years of international experience in Food & Beverage, operations management and financial control (hospitality, tourism, catering and distribution). With Ledyvas I bring that experience into fast, local desktop software, installed on the business computer, for what cloud tools don't reach: field operations such as advanced inventory, purchasing, recipes, fleet and fuel, and internal processes, without depending on an unstable internet connection.
Ledyvas brings order, automation and privacy: the data stays on the client's computer. It works alongside your accounting, it doesn't replace it: Enterprise and Ultimate connect directly, through API, to QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books and Odoo; Enterprise also exports files for QuickBooks Desktop, Xero and Alegra, and Ledyvas CFO reads Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, Odoo, Xero and Alegra. I also help consultants, accounting firms and partners offer Ledyvas to their clients with a high-margin model: 25% commission and an exclusive territory (Partner program).
The origin of Ledyvas
Ledyvas was not designed in a product office. It was built from the reality of hospitality, tourism, catering and distribution operations, where every inventory or fuel error costs real money. That is why it solves things a generic ERP doesn't consider: how much to buy based on the day's demand, how to distribute across several destinations, how to audit a fleet's consumption.
That operational foundation is combined with more than four decades of international experience in management control, and with a clear decision: Ledyvas works alongside the client's accounting software instead of competing with it. The result is a practical tool, ready to grow with each company and backed by continuous improvement and direct support.
With the same logic, Food Cost, Nutrition Coach and Smart List came later: AI-powered apps for recipe costing, sports nutrition and shopping lists.
